Before You Contact Us

For the fastest resolution, here are a couple of common requests and what to do:

• Canceling your membership: When you are logged in, click on the Billing page in your members area. You can cancel your membership there in just a couple of clicks.
• Can’t access your account / Forgot Password: Use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset your password and regain access to your account.
